I saw this ad in Pape Subway Station.

Target audience: adults, old people and teenagers who take subway.

The ad is about the garbage in the the subway. Nowadays, more and more garbage will be abandoned in anywhere in the subway. For example, on the floor, on the chairs, coffee cup and bottle of water, but not in the garbage bin.

The poster is really simple, it use a cup of coffee lying on the floor with a sentence to tell everyone that it belongs to the garbage bin, not on the floor.

I really like this ad, because it is simple and cute.

I saw this ad on the magazine which is call Fashion Magazine.

Target Audience: Female and some males who like fashion.

This is an ad that propagating the magazine. It is using a lipstick which is combined by the types. Nice illustration, so that people will look at it when they see the ad.

I saw this ad in a magazine as well.

Target Audience: Females who like perfume or who want to buy perfume.

It is an ad about Daisy, a perfume of Marc Jacob. The ad gives people a feeling of spring and fresh. The design of the perfume also gives people a feeling of spring. When people look at the ad, they will imagine that they are in the spring and they will know what’s the feeling of using this perfume.

I would buy it, when I see it.

It is an ad about L’OREAL foundation. It is using a lady on the left and the information on the right. In the middle, the skin colour and the foundation combine together which gives audiences a feeling of how the colour match the skin.

Pandora is a famous brand of jewelry. It is using a pretty brace lace to show how the product looks. There are some information at the bottom and the logo at the right bottom. On the top of the ad, there is a photo of a pair of lovers, which relates to the promotion the right.

It is an ad about Thomas Sabo, which is also a brand of jewelry.

It is a very simple ad, red background with a dragon necklace.

The logo places at the right bottom with the website.

I really like simple ad, and I had a job before,which was selling Thomas Sabo. Therefore, when I see this ad, I felt familiar and took a photo of it.

It is an ad about Starbucks. The Ad gives people a feeling of happiness. Two people are holding Starbucks in the morning with smile. When the audience see this ad, they will think Starbucks gives people a happy beginning of a day. More information at the bottom.

It is a shampoo ad of Pantene. A blond hair lady in the middle shows how smooth the hair is after using PANTENE. Information shows at the bottom of the ad. It is simple and easy to get the idea of the ad.

Cover Girl Mascara ad comes from Fashion Magazine.

Target audience: Female

The main point is the eyelash, so the ad is using a beautiful lady with long eyelash after using it. People will know when they see it. Lashblast 24HR is using colour red to emphasis it.

I might try it, if I see this Ad.

OLAY ad comes from Fashion Magazine.

Target Audiences: 35+ Females

It is an product for the ladies who over 35. It is using a photos of a famous actress, so that it is more powerful. More information places at the bottom and the right side.

I might buy it for my mom, if I see this ad.


10th ads


This ad I saw was in downtown,near western hospital.

The audiences are the teenage, the people who have cars and like to eat Mcdonald, therefore they can buy it from the drive way.

It is using pictogram to show the drive way of buying Mcdonald.

The colour is very outstanding and the information of the pictogram is clear and easy to understand.

I really like this advertisement.

9th ad

I saw this ad in downtown, the wall outside the Concord.

Target audience: rich people, people who need to buy condo or people who want to live in a better place.

The poster is very huge, the main idea shows the night of the condo, and the perspective of toronto. It shows how tall they are and if you live in the condo you can see the lake.The colour of the poster gives people a feeling of dream.

8th ad

I saw this advertisement on a Chinese tribune.The website at the bottom of the image is the resource.

Target audience: the people who work in the office, the students, old people and so on.

It is a advertisement of Mcdonald. It is really creative. It is not only a poster, but also a clock. It is using the sun light, tells people what the time is, and what people can get in Mcdonald.

I will go and buy it right away when I see the advertisement in the street.

6th 7th ads

Target audience: Teenagers, adults or some people who like chewing gum.

I saw it on the highway.

Simple statement tells everyone how the gum work. The little coffee is very cute, due to I am a  girl, I will try it. The light blue in the poster is really outstanding, people can see it clear when they pass by or in the traffic jam.

Target audience: Adults who like or have time to watch TV show.

I saw it on the highway.

It is an ads of a show of Citytv. It tells the name of the show, the date and the time of it.However, I am not a Canadian, I don’t know what is it about, and I don’t have any interest of it. Therefore, I won’t watch it.

5th ads

The right poster is attractive.

Target audience: Adults

I saw it in downtown.

It is really simple, clear and contrast. The glass in the middle and the sun look balance together. The heading on the top tells the information. The colour of the poster gives a feeling of relaxation.

4th ad

The ads of BMO Bank.

I saw it on the high way to downtown.

Target audience is the people who need to save money, open account and so on.

I like this ad because it is really simple and clear.

Blue, white and red represent the bank, headline tell the information clear.The type face is using san serif, clear and easy to read.  The logo on the right bottom, outstanding.
